VAULT offers limited-release and pre-order apparel and accessories.

3. Pre-Orders

Many VAULT products are offered on a pre-order basis.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand and agree that:

  • Production begins shortly after an order is placed.
  • Estimated production and fulfillment times are typically 7–21 business days, unless otherwise stated.
  • Timelines are estimates and may vary.

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, orders may enter production and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated during checkout.

5. Payment

We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be delayed, canceled, or refused.

6. No Exchanges

VAULT does not offer exchanges.

7. Returns & Refunds

Eligible returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
