VAULT Shipping Policy

At VAULT, we are committed to delivering quality products in a timely and transparent manner. Many of our products are offered through a pre-order model, allowing us to reduce waste and maintain intentional, limited releases.

By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms.


Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order verification and processing.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.


Pre-Order Items

Products labeled Pre-Order are produced after an order is placed.

Estimated production and fulfillment times are 7–21 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please note:

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary.
  • Shipping times begin after production is completed, not when the order is placed.
  • We will notify customers if significant delays occur.

Shipping Destinations

VAULT currently ships within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

International shipping availability may vary and will be displayed during checkout if available.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate before placing an order.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after processing and production are complete.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days
  • International Shipping (if available): 7–21 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

VAULT is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered during checkout
  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delays resulting from incomplete address information

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters production or has shipped.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, VAULT is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delivery delays
  • Carrier-related issues

If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

We will gladly assist where possible.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging

VAULT will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.


Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are ready.

If separate shipments are required, additional shipping charges may apply.


Shipping Delays

VAULT is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Shipping carrier disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Peak holiday seasons
  • Natural disasters
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

We appreciate your patience and will communicate significant delays whenever possible.
