VAULT Refund & Pre-Order Policy

At VAULT, we are committed to producing intentional, limited-run garments with a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and responsible production. Many of our products are offered through a pre-order model to reduce waste and maintain exclusivity.
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Pre-Orders
Products marked as Pre-Order are produced or prepared after an order is placed.
Estimated production and fulfillment times are 7–21 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Production begins shortly after an order is placed.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
- VAULT will communicate any significant delays.
Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, orders may enter production and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
7-Day Return Window
We accept eligible returns within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
- Returned in their original packaging whenever possible
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
No Exchanges
At this time, VAULT does not offer exchanges.
To help ensure a smooth shopping experience, we ask all customers to carefully review the following before completing their purchase:
- Product descriptions
- Size charts
- Product images
- Color selections
- Quantity selections
- Shipping information
Please verify your order carefully before placing it, as orders cannot be exchanged once submitted.
If you are uncertain about sizing or product details, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Pre-order items once production has started
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
VAULT will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Delays
VAULT is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Customs processing
- Peak holiday periods
- Events outside of our control
