VAULT Return & Refund Policy

At VAULT, we are committed to producing intentional, high-quality garments through a limited-release and pre-order model. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms.
7-Day Return Window
We accept eligible returns within 7 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
- Returned in their original packaging whenever possible
VAULT reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
Pre-Order Policy
Many VAULT products are sold through a pre-order system to support responsible production and reduce unnecessary waste.
Estimated production and fulfillment times are 7–21 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Production begins shortly after an order is placed.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
- Orders may not be modified once production begins.
Pre-Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, orders may enter production and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
No Exchanges
VAULT does not offer exchanges.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing their purchase, including:
- Product descriptions
- Product images
- Size charts
- Color selections
- Quantity selections
- Shipping information
Please verify your order carefully before placing an order, as we cannot exchange items once an order has been submitted.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Pre-order items once production has started
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
VAULT will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Refused Returns
VAULT reserves the right to refuse returns if:
- The return request is submitted after the 7-day return window.
- The item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.
- The item is missing tags or original packaging.
- The item falls under a non-refundable category.
If a return is refused, the item may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
